What: State Excise Police say officers cited 113 people for underaged drinking outside the Indiana-Purdue's Oaken Bucket football game in Bloomington.
Why: Excise officer Travis Thickstun says Saturday's tailgating crowd was the largest he's seen in some time. He says that more tickets would have been issued if more officers had been available.
